Tommy Vicari JNR’s, “Desmos” bounces into the eardrums and transforms your consciousness into a NYC club convincing us to celebrate everything and anything. A strong kick guides the first track while picking up disco hitchhikers, not the glitter kind, but rather the ones with soul. It dances with you up high, down low and all over with just enough filth to keep it funky. Subtleties keep this track unique and organic by playing with sound perspectives. Definitely a house track to satisfy any dance floor that’s looking to have a good time. The rest of the album stays true to the energy and vibe of the first track, with upbeat house beats, this time taking away the disco elements and adding more bass to give it that edge I didn’t know I was waiting for.
